Now with answers! Thanks everyone for playing!
Let's cut to the chase. Below you will find song lyrics, with missing lines as indicated. What they have in common is that the missing line contains one (or more) proper names.
Fill in the line, and name the song and artist if you can. Cheating is ok, I really don't care.

No milk, oh God how I hate that
Guess I'll go to the corner, get breakfast from Jenny

'Jenny, how'd you get it'
She said, 'Last night Bobby got a little bit out of hand'..."

Bonus: are you kidding me?
You got me. No idea on 4 or 5. Bonus sounds familiar, but I really don't know where to start if I'm to cheat on these.
Let's wait for Dave - he'll know 4 & 5...or at least 4 and kick himself later if he doesn't get 5. Well done everyone else! Unfortunately my font of pop cult knowledge is only good for little games like this, and mostly amusing conversations with Dave. At this point in life I might trade it for more useful knowledge like current events, politics, or financial savvy, but I have what I have.
Oh hey we can cheat, I forgot. I might do that. But not today. To much work. Maybe at home tonight. I've got a post or two to make up as well. I'll at least wait until Dave chimes in. Then the cheating will commence.
Sorry I'm late to the party.
4) is from one of my favorite Squeeze songs, Cool for Cats - the lyric is "And Davey Crockett rides around and says its cool for cats".
5) is from Steal my Sunshine, by Len. But i'm gonna have to listen to it real quick to remember the name. Stand by. Ah. Here we go. "Have you talked to Mark lately?"
I have no clue about the bonus either.
Nice, Dave, knew you'd come through.
Um, I'm still waiting for the actual full right answer for #1. Tona's was pathetic considering her relations, and no one else provided the entire line.
I was afraid no one would know the bonus. I think I'm the only person I know who listens to such early Cowboy Junkies.
oh sorry, didn't realize #1 was still out there. Mannfredd Mann's 'The Mighty Quinn'. Lyric is 'you've not seen nothing like the Mighty Quinn!" but I always sing "you Nazi! Nothing like the Mighty Quinn!"
One of my faves for obvious reasons, but I like the Grateful Dead's version better. Can we know the bonus now?
